【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddescribesthechemiluminescencemethod,includingthesamplingandthegasconditioningsystem,todeterminetheNO/NO2/NO,.concentrationsinfluegasesemittedfromductsandstackstoatmosphere.ThisEuropeanStandardistheStandardReferenceMethod(SRM)forperiodicmonitoringandforcalibrationorcontrolofAutomaticMeasuringSystems(AMS)permanentlyinstalledonastack,forregulatoryorotherpurposessuchascalibration.TobeusedastheSRM,theusershalldemonstratethattheperformancecharacteristicsofthemethodarebetterthantheperformancecriteriadefinedinthisEuropeanStandardandthattheoveralluncertaintyofthemethodislessthan+10%relativeatthedailyEmissionLimitValue(ELV).NOTEWhenthechemiluminescencemethodisthemeasurementprincipleusedforAMS,referenceshouldbemadetoEN14181andotherrelevantstandardsprovidedbyCENTC264.AnAlternativeMethodtothisSRMmaybeusedprovidedthattheusercandemonstrateequivalenceaccordingtotheTechnicalSpecificationCENTS14793,tothesatisfactionofhisnationalaccreditationbodyorlaw.ThisSRMhasbeenevaluatedduringfieldtestsonwasteincineration,co-incinerationandlargecombustioninstallations.Ithasbeenvalidatedforsamplingperiodsof30minintherangeof0mgNO2/m3to1300mgNO2/m3forlargecombustionplantsand0mgNO2/m3to400mgNO2/m3forwasteincineration,accordingtoemissionlimitvalues(ELVs)laiddowninthefollowingCouncilDirectives:--CouncilDirective2001/80/EConthelimitationofemissionsofcertainpollutantsintotheairfromlargecombustionplants;--CouncilDirective2000/76/EConwasteincinerationplants.TheELVsforNOx(NO+NO2)inEUdirectivesareexpressedinmgNO2/m3,ondrybasis,atareferencevaluefor02andatthereferenceconditions(273Kand101,3kPa).
