【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversfivegradesofas-welded,wroughtausteniticstainlesssteelfittingsforlow-pressurepipingandintendedforlowandmoderatetemperaturesandgeneralcorrosiveservice.Usersshouldnotethatcertaincorrosiveconditionsmayrestricttheuseofoneormoregrades.Forapplicationsrequiringaproductthatrequiresheattreatmentorfullpressurerating,refertoSpecificationA403/A403M.Thetermx201C;fittingsx201D;appliestobuttandsocketweldingpartssuchas45x00B0;and90x00B0;elbows,tees,reducers,wyes,laterals,crosses,andstubends.1.2Thisspecificationcoversas-weldedfittings3through48in.[75through1225mm]inoutsidediameterandinnominalwallthicknesses0.062through0.500in.[1.6through12.7mm].Table1andTable2listthecommondiametersandnominalthicknessesoffittingsinthisspecification.1.3Thisspecificationdoesnotapplytocastfittings.CastausteniticsteelfittingsarecoveredbySpecificationA351/A351M.1.4Optionalsupplementaryrequirementsareprovidedforfittingswhereagreaterdegreeofexaminationisdesired.Thesesupplementaryrequirementscallforadditionaltests.Whendesired,oneormoreofthesemaybespecifiedintheorder.1.5Thisspecificationisexpressedinbothinch-poundunitsandinSIunits.However,unlesstheorderspecifiestheapplicablex201C;Mx201D;specificationdesignation(SIunits),thematerialshallbefurnishedtoinch-poundunits.1.6ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Withinthetext,theSIunitsareshowninbrackets.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.
