【摘要】:Theseguidelinesareintendedtoenablealaboratorymonitortoperformonsiteassessmentsoflaboratoryfacilities.AcceptedfacilitieswillthenparticipateinaninterlaboratorytestprotocoltoestablishprecisionandbiasforaparticularASTMstandard.Thisassessmentisintendedtodeterminethatalloftheparticipantshavethenecessaryequipment,anunderstandingofthetestmethod,andtheminimumlevelofskillnecessarytogatherdatawhicharetobeusedtoestablishprecisionandbiasfortheparticularstandard.Thisguideisnotintendedtobeusedasatooltoqualifyoraccreditlaboratoriestoperformanytests.RefertotheReferencedDocumentsforfurtherguidanceonaccreditationrequirements.1.1Thisguideprovidesageneraloutline,forusebyalaboratorymonitor,toassessthequalificationsofalaboratorywhichhasrequestedtoparticipateinaspecificASTMinterlaboratorytest.1.2Thepreliminaryassessmentisbasedonobservationsmadebeforeinitiationofanyinterlaboratorytests.1.3Thesubcommittee,whichappointsthelaboratorymonitor,specifiestheminimumrequirementswhichanorganizationshouldmeettoqualifyasaparticipantfortheinterlaboratorytest.Ifapretestistobeincluded,seedetailsinSection13.1.4Thisfirestandardcannotbeusedtoprovidequantitativemeasures.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatoryrequirementspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60870appliestotelecontrolequipmentandsystemswithcodedbitserialdatatransmissionformonitoringandcontrollinggeographicallywidespreadprocesses.Itdefinesatelecontrolcompanionstandardthatenablesinteroperabilityamongcompatibletelecontrolequipment.ThedefinedtelecontrolcompanionstandardutilizesstandardsoftheIEC60870-5series.ThespecificationsofthispartpresentacombinationoftheapplicationlayerofIEC60870-5-101andthetransportfunctionsprovidedbyaTCP/IP(TransmissionControlProtocol/InternetProtocol).WithinTCP/IP,variousnetworktypescanbeutilized,includingX.25,FR(FrameRelay),ATM(AsynchronousTransferMode)andISDN(IntegratedServiceDataNetwork).Usingthesamedefinitions,alternativeASDUs(ApplicationServiceDataUnit)asspecifiedinotherIEC60870-5companionstandards(forexample,IEC60870-5-102)maybecombinedwithTCP/IP,butthisisnotdescribedfurtherinthispart.NOTESecuritymechanismsareoutsidethescopeofthisstandard.
