【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61340appliestoactivitiesthat:manufacture,process,assemble,install,package,label,service,test,inspect,transportorotherwisehandleelectricalorelectronicparts,assembliesandequipmentsusceptibletodamagebyelectrostaticdischargesgreaterthanorequalto100Vhumanbodymodel(HBM).ThisstandardprovidestherequirementsforanESDcontrolprogram.TheusershouldrefertoIEC61340-5-2forguidanceontheimplementationofthisstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytoelectricallyinitiatedexplosivedevices,flammableliquids,gasesandpowders.Thepurposeofthisstandardistoprovidetheadministrativeandtechnicalrequirementsforestablishing,implementingandmaintaininganESDcontrolprogram(hereinafterreferredtoasthe“program”).
