【摘要】:ThispartofEN10083specifiesthegeneraltechnicaldeliveryrequirementsfor-semi-finishedproducts,hotformed,e.g.blooms,billets,slabs(seeNOTES2and3),-bars(seeNOTE2),-rod,-wideflats,-hot-rolledstripandsheet/plate,-forgings(seeNOTE2)manufacturedfromthedirecthardeningnonalloysteelsforquenchingandtempering(seeEN10083-2),thedirecthardeningalloysteelsforquenchingandtempering(seeEN10083-3),thenonalloyflameandinductionhardeningsteels(seeEN10083-2)andthealloyflameandinductionhardeningsteels(seeEN10083-3),andsuppliedinoneoftheheattreatmentconditionsgivenforthedifferenttypesofproductsintherelevanttablesofEN10083-2andEN10083-3andinoneofthesurfaceconditionsgivenintherelevanttablesofEN10083-2andEN10083-3.Thesteelsaregenerallyintendedforthemanufactureofquenchedandtempered,flameorinductionhardenedmachineparts,butcanalsobeusedinthenormalizedcondition(seeEN10083-2).Whereapplicable,therequirementsformechanicalpropertiesgiveninEN10083-2andEN10083-3arerestrictedtotherelevanttablesinthesedocuments.NOTE1EuropeanStandardsonsimilargradesarelistedinAnnexC.NOTE2Hammerforgedsemi-finishedproducts(blooms,billets,slabsetc.),seamlessrolledringsandhammerforgedbarsareinthefollowingcoveredundersemi-finishedproductsorbarsandnotundertheterm"forgings".NOTE3Specialagreementsshouldbemadewhenorderingun-workedcontinuouslycastsemi-finishedproducts.NOTE4InaccordancewithEN10020,thesteelscoveredbyEN10083-2:2006arequalityandspecialsteels,thesteelscoveredbyEN10083-3:2006arespecialsteels.Thedifferencesbetweenqualityandspecialsteelsarecharacterizedbythefollowingrequirements,whicharevalidforspecialsteelsonly:-theminimumimpactvaluesinthequenchedandtemperedcondition(fornonalloyspecialsteelsinthecaseofmeanpercentagesbymassofcarbon<0,50%only);-limitinghardenabilityvaluesintheJominytest(fornonalloysteelsinthecaseofpercentagesbymassofcarbon>0,30%only);-limitedoxideinclusioncontent;-lowermaximumcontentsforphosphorusandsulphur.NOTE5ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplyforbrightsteelproducts.ForbrightsteelproductsEN10277-1andEN10277-5apply.Inspecialcases,variationsinthesetechnicaldeliveryrequirementsoradditionstothemmaybeagreedatthetimeofenquiryandorder(seeAnnexB).InadditiontothespecificationsofthisEuropeanStandard,thegeneraltechnicaldeliveryconditionsgiveninEN10021areapplicableunlessotherwisespecified.
