【摘要】:1ThisEuropeanStandardappliestomachinesforthemanufactureofblocks,kerbs,pavingstonesandsimilarconcreteproducts.2ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazardspertinenttothesemachines,whentheyareusedasintendedundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeclause4).ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazards.3ThisEuropeanStandardappliestothemachinesfromthepointatwhichthemixtureentersthemachine(seepoint1-2ofannexB)andthepointwherethepalletboardsarebroughttotheassembly(seepoint3ofannexB)untilthepointwherethegreenproductsareremovedfromthemachineassemblytothecuringsystem(seepoint4ofannexB).4ThisEuropeanstandarddoesnotcoverthoserequirementsforreducinghazardsfrommechanical,electrical,pneumatic,hydraulicorotherequipmentormachinerythataredealtwithinstandardsfortheircommonuse(TypeA,B1andB2standards).5ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththehazardsotherthannoisehazardslistedinclause4whichcanariseduringtheoperationandmaintenance,includingtheinterfaces,oftheblockmakingmachines,whencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.NOTE1Amendmentisunderpreparationtodealwithnoise,Inparticularformeasurestoreducenoiseatsourceandanoisetestcodeincludingnoisedeclaration.NOTE2InterfacesbetweentheblockmakingmachinesandothersoftheinstallationaredealtwithinEN12629-1:2000(subclause7.2).Thisstandardestablishessafetyrequirementsand/ormethodsofprotectionwhichapplytothesemachines.6Theprovisionsstatedinthisstandardassumethatalloperatorshavebeenadequatelyinformedandtrained.note:1)Untilanoisetestcode(dealingwiththemeasurementanddeclarationofnoiseemissionvalues)specifictothemachinescoveredbythispartisavailabletocomplementtherequirementsof5.7.2and7.4.2ofEN12629-1:2000,itcannotbeconsideredthatnoisehazardsarecovered.
