【摘要】:ThispartofISO5167specifiesthegeometryandmethodofuse(installationandoperatingconditions)ofnozzlesandVenturinozzleswhentheyareinsertedinaconduitrunningfulltodeterminetheflowrateofthefluidflowingintheconduit.ThispartofISO5167alsoprovidesbackgroundinformationforcalculatingtheflowrateandisapplicableinconjunctionwiththerequirementsgiveninISO5167-1.ThispartofISO5167isapplicabletonozzlesandVenturinozzlesinwhichtheflowremainssubsonicthroughoutthemeasuringsectionandwherethefluidcanbeconsideredassingle-phase.Inaddition,eachofthedevicescanonlybeusedwithinspecifiedlimitsofpipesizeandReynoldsnumber.Itisnotapplicabletothemeasurementofpulsatingflow.ItdoesnotcovertheuseofnozzlesandVenturinozzlesinpipesizeslessthan50mmormorethan630mm,orwherethepipeReynoldsnumbersarebelow10000.ThispartofISO5167dealswitha)twotypesofstandardnozzles:1)theISA5)1932nozzle;2)thelongradiusnozzle6);b)theVenturinozzle.ThetwotypesofstandardnozzlearefundamentallydifferentandaredescribedseparatelyinthispartofISO5167.TheVenturinozzlehasthesameupstreamfaceastheISA1932nozzle,buthasadivergentsectionand,therefore,adifferentlocationforthedownstreampressuretappings,andisdescribedseparately.Thisdesignhasalowerpressurelossthanasimilarnozzle.ForbothofthesenozzlesandfortheVenturinozzledirectcalibrationexperimentshavebeenmade,sufficientinnumber,spreadandqualitytoenablecoherentsystemsofapplicationtobebasedontheirresultsandcoefficientstobegivenwithcertainpredictablelimitsofuncertainty.
